I worked here for 2 years and If it wasn't for the staff I would have stayed. The service users were great but jesus the staff were the ones that you were supporting or fighting with most if the time not physically but they were bully's and if the face doesn't find dont waste your time we had one lass she was a totall KAREN and that was her name also. - more...
