Unstable infrastructure
Analyst (Former Employee) –  London, Greater London27 November 2019
Initial interview and induction period was good but once that wore off the cracks started to show. Lack of training, poor infrastructure, hostile working environment and rapid turnover of staff from senior management to junior staff. Good salary and good location are the only positives about this place.

Fun place to work, professional when required
Voice Analyst (Current Employee) –  London, Greater London5 September 2018
Commerzbank s a great place to work, having worked there since the takeover of Dresdner Kleinwort in 2010. I previously worked for Dresdner from September 2000.

Great people, both past and present, allows free thinking out of the box to solve complex business and engineering issues.
Pros
Great people
Cons
Not great for technology refresh on a consistent basis.

Stagnant
Employee (Current Employee) –  London, Greater London9 July 2018
Commerzbank has a good work/life balance for Employees in general. However, it is very difficult to progress within the organisation as opportunities are not created for staff. Good work goes unnoticed and many end up being forced to leave. This creates a low morale culture, where nothing is ever improved significantly.

Intern with Equity, Markets & Commodities team at Commerzbank AG
Intern (Former Employee) –  London, ENG2 February 2015
Main duties included working consistently with different database systems, creating overviews and summarising data, managing the team's inbox folder, processing expenses, supporting the administrative side of client onboarding processes and helping with distribution/marketing of the internal magazine Thinking Ahead (e.g. managing recipient's list, sending out issues to new clients or dealing with returns).

My internship helped me develop and improve key administrative skills, such as accuratelt relaying messages and information, learning how to work with different database systems and programmes, and prioritising of tasks and queries.
As part of a team dealing with clients from all over the world, I not only learned more about global financial markets and world economics, but also about the different countries of origin of my co-workers and the advantages of being able to speak more than one language.
