Where absolutely possible, we always try to promote a 'one-team' approach across all of our care homes for the benefit of staff and residents. Its a shame you have now left the business as we have missed an opportunity to put things right for you.
For anyone thinking of joining, there is an annual pay review every July to ensure we maintain a competitive advantage in the market-place.

Our recruitment team is continually supporting homes where vacancy hours exist to ensure staffing levels are maintained.

Our mandatory and core training courses are designed to meet the needs of all staff and we aim to arrange training courses and e-learning as early as possible upon joining the company.
