It helps if you have a family member in a senior position or you have NO experince within aerospace or engineering. People who know what they are doing are cleared out as this can prevent sending defects to customers who are overcharged for inferior product

You can start as late as 9.30 and can finish as early as 4pm & 12.30pm on s Friday as long as you do 37 hours in a week. So it's not bad. Despite pressures described above no one is really demanding you must put in extra hours.
