I thought the company was obviously well run by the head office team and management was good however i feel as though the supervisors and CTM's could use more training and that would have made the business more cheerful

Co-op was built on some simple but important ideas: we’re all better off when we work together, and principles are just as important as profits. We aim to create shared value ¬– that means providing great products and services that people want to buy, so that when they buy them, making our business stronger, we can invest our profits back in to the communities we serve. Our culture is about doing what matters most, being yourself always, showing you care and succeeding together. You can find out more about our Co-op culture here: https://jobs.coop.co.uk/our-coop

We’re also big on fairness, so we try to create an environment where people respect and celebrate each other’s differences. We want our teams to reflect the diverse communities they serve, because that helps us to understand our members and customers better. And we want all our colleagues to feel included, because people who can be themselves at work are more engaged and productive.
