Coop working on hardly any staff with lots of tasks that are unachievable. High risk to staff from abusive customers and threats.Not much regard for staff safety. High turnover of staff as moral low.

The COOP rota suits them. You could find 2 hour shifts to 10 hour shifts. Basically your life will revolve around that rota. Back to back shifts are illegal unless you agree. Many staffers unaware or afraid of the consequences of refusing
