Awful, bullying management, I wasn't even treated like a person, they were all one big happy family who had all worked there for years before I came in and they all treated me horribly and obviously wanted me out. Affected my mental health and i was ready to top myself before a new job opportunity arose elsewhere. I'm not surprised they nearly went bust a few years ago. They also have no support for those with mental illness.

Get experienced management and not young ones with hardly any experience at all who just enjoy bossing people around. Talk to your employees like people and not piles of dirt.

Awful, blame culture everywhere, very much favouritism towards certain supervisors/colleagues. There was supposed to be a drive to get all employees to be more freely available to give the night shift staff a bit of a break, obviously that failed to materialise. Intimidation and just downright disrespect from store managers towards staff that have mental health/family issues. Expected to break back for the company without adequate pay or not even a thank you from management, if you perform well they just dump yet more workloads on staff, particularly night staff who are constantly understaffed

The COOP rota suits them. You could find 2 hour shifts to 10 hour shifts. Basically your life will revolve around that rota. Back to back shifts are illegal unless you agree. Many staffers unaware or afraid of the consequences of refusing
