They need to improve the culture inside their stores. Most places I’ve worked for feel like a family, and that helps you get through your day. Clintons needs to help foster that. With that, I feel that they should be more proactive in protecting the mental health of their colleagues, I can state as fact that mine and several of my work mates have suffered dramatically.

As far as i'm aware when i began working there i don't recall any background check of the sort, however the interview process is quite thorough and can test you.
