Personally, didn’t enjoy the interview.
the people were nice. i was interviewed by two ladies, one was the manager but i can’t remember the role of the other lady. they were so chill and we had a laugh.

however the manager had two whole pages of questions, and me, having no experience in work, struggled.

she started off with why i want to work, and the kinds of things i want to do in the future, however started asking questions such as, describe a time you were in a difficult situation, or, describe a time you had to help a friend or colleague. the questions began to get sososo similar and i struggled to differ them and think of things on the spot constantly.

also, just wear smart casual.

Very good. In store, you have the manager, assistant and team leaders to support you.

Smart casual - can wear jeans but no logos. You are given a name badge to wear. Shoes must be clarks. As a seasonal member of staff you get one free pair, but permanent staff members get two free pairs of shoes per season (2 pairs for autumn/winter, 2 free pairs for spring/summer)
