The work starts at 9:30 and that's when you trigger yourself with clients calling up along with the previous day's files to be submitted to operations team for further processing. Then it continues with instructions from clients via Fax or Post. This includes funds transfers, account opening, assigning nominees, demographic updates, repatriation of funds, closure and many more.
Cordial relationship with co-workers within the team and operations.
Hardest Part- Limited access being a temp worker and authoritative nature of few managers.
Enjoyable Part- compliments from client met in person or via Email. Appreciation from Unit Head on finishing work well before deadline.
