If you can avoid Citi, then good for you!

Immense management pressure for results, not enough people on the ground, always no capacity.

If I knew I would had never joined them.

A typical day at work can be very hectic supporting the EMEA & CEEMA regions. Fortunately there is a lot of support from co workers in the team who are able to assist you. The hardest part of my role is dealing with the huge volumes of work within the team but it is also enjoyable as the work does make the day go very quickly and ultimately the reward for doing a good job for the client makes it worth while at the end of the day.
