Cisco being such a huge company globally, you'd expect that the interview process would be brutal and extremely difficult. My interview process consisted of one actual normal interview like every job has, explaining why i'm suitable for the job, why i want the job etc, one technical interview in which i had to revise a load of topics and was questioned on some of them in random order, and a presentation i had to give. Yes, it was difficult, but the staff at Cisco made it a lovely experience. I felt welcomed and was approached very warmly.
