Do not understand mental health
Customer Service Advisor (Former Employee) –  Chichester, West Sussex15 May 2019
I worked in customer services and the manager was awful. So much favouritism. I suffer with mental health issues and the company were not understanding at all. I was dismissed due to my ill health and not helped. The customer service manager has had many members of staff put in grivences against her but convieniently she is good friends with one of the directors??? That is councils for you they are corrupt

Full of great people
Public Relations Assistant (Former Employee) –  Chichester13 October 2015
I worked as a PR assistant for a while and it was the most fun I've ever had in a job. The people there are so nice and kind hearted and they really made an effort to get me involved in everything and through a lot of different things at me to do. I was quite new in the field so they really did a favour by taking me on and giving me a chance.

Everybody really cared about Chichester and the community and everyone really loved their jobs.

I worked in the marketing department but you'd be hard pressed to find a department with a bad vibe. Plus, how can you beat working in Chichester?

I wish they'd have me back in all honesty. I was just temping for a few months.
