A typical day is assisting patients with their personal care, checking patients vital signs: temperature, blood pressure, respiration rate, and pulse, recording onto chart and monitor accordingly, recording patients fluid intake and output recording onto chart, and report any change to the nurse. Performing ECG, Bladder scan
Providing health promotion advises to patients
Assist patients with their personal hygiene needs
Support and reassure patients and colleagues in distress
Providing them with all necessary support needed at all times

Communicate with patient's families as well as complete all documentation

Checking delivery level and equipments

Reassuring patients and colleagues in distress

The hardest part of the job is stoma care

The most enjoyable is observation and health promotion
