Be yourself. They want hardworking people that show they care about their work and enjoy being part of a team. As well as interview I got to spend time in the kitchen seeing how it works. It wasn't as bad as I thought would be reading these reviews.

Shifts including lunch are meant to be 8 hours and 45 minutes, they are usually longer and you won't get asked to stay on as it's just expected

They interview , promise things , hire you. After that it’s like mother bird teaching it’s offspring how to fly. They chuck you into the factory and hope you fly and not fall and break your neck as they watch.

Free food to take home almost every day.

You get 45 min break (unpaid) keep in mind you have to clock out run up the stairs change , run down the stairs go behind the factory , have a cigarette , run back up th stairs get changed run back down and clock in . ( this usually takes 20 min depending on how quick you smoke ) so I suggest doing that and having lunch. Instead of having two separate breaks as most of your time will be wasted . Also have a toilet break in advance ( those you don’t need to clock out) but make sure you just use that to go to toilet not for a sneaky cig as hills have eyes and walls have ears. Unless you’re from the office. If you’re from the office then you can go when ever
