There's a lot to do, not really enough time to do it in, but rewarding when it's finished. Pays overtime so if the job takes longer than it should you don't miss out. Management has improved over the years but often there are a lot of jobs to do and not enough workers. Good job security if you don't break laws
Promised training to develop knowledge, never received any. Doing the same job over over, never having the opportunity to do something different. No job satisfaction.
workplace culture is very poor
also looking to blame staff of failures

Awful place to work, bad management, no morals, not a fair pay structure, issues not dealt with, staff treated as a number and not a person, VERY high turnover of staff!!
Never get tools repaired on time or even repaired at all.
The job was good just being made to do a job that takes 3 operatives with only 2 operatives to complete the job then getting bollocked for falling behind all because management couldn't be bothered to get extra staff.
They would even employ people who have never used the tools in there life
Pros
Good job
Cons
Bad company
Working with the CGM GROUP has been a truly excellent experience in which I’ve been blessed with exciting opportunities to collaborate with many SMEs within London and California.
As an agency that helps businesses drive revenue using digital content marketing, the dynamic and extensive capabilities of their outfit has helped me gain invaluable marketing experience.
No exaggeration in the in title. They just aren't competent in being a business whatsoever. They just want profit nothings every done correctly. For example: you will go to jobs that were supposed to be started ages ago with little or wrong information about what it is your meant to be doing.
None of the management listens to you what you have to say.
My experience with working for this medium size family run business is that you either fit in or not and they are only interested in the managers bringing in money, and exceeding the unrealistic budgets set. They don't show any gratitude or thanks and your expected to work longer hours than contracted . This for all staff not only managers.
Pros
none
Cons
long hours and no thanks
