There are no benefits, They are only intersted in employing staff on zero hour contracts, There is no security, Even when you start they do carry out 3 and 6 month probationary interviews but only so they d noy have to give permnat contrats hich will cot them holiday pay etc. and they do not allow managers to take back many hours worked over their contarcted hours and do not pay overtime.
