Assisted in contracts compilation and management. Constant use of telephone either receiving or initiating conversation to users of the service. Managing an online catalogue and outsourcing new suppliers for the trust to save money. Price checking where possible. Managing meetings and calendars. Handling my own personal area of work in terms of supplier engagement and business.

CNWL Mental Health is a good place to work. It is a place were all the staff are happy to in.

Very good management

It was a great place to work

I really enjoyed working at this Trust.
It was challenging in a positive way. There was lot of opportunity for skills based training with contributed to my development as a nurse.
I felt their was fairness in regards to assessing performance and opportunities for career progression.
I have not worked there for 9years but I can only hope it would be the same great experience for anyone joining today.

A typical day at work was productive and eventful. I learned how to work in a nhs environment and according to their guidelines. Management was considerate and I listened to their concerns about handling clients details and maintaining confidentiality always. Co-workers were discreet and considerate. The hardest part of the day was leaving. The most enjoyable part of the day was the onset.

Mission Statement;

A professional with years of experience gained in the blue chip market and Public sector of the NHS both in Community Health Services and Mental Health Services on RIO V5 as well as the RIO V6 (R1 Release) and R2. Proven ability to consistently deliver results with good customer service records in the technical support, Projecting, helpdesk, Testing, Service desk, Configuration, Implementation, Transformation and various IT environments. Provide guidance and support to front line staff regarding ED&T related issues. Ability to rapidly accommodate various concepts within short time frames to achieve on time success within the agreed service level. A strong team player who enjoys working as part of a team and can work independently when the need arises, leader by example, driven by a personal passion for excellence and professional loyalty. I also have the ability to adapt to new technology, working environments and always willing to learn fast and accept correction in good faith with first class communication skills.

Experience and Duties handled on RIO V5, RIO V6 (R1 Release) and RIO R2 for both Community Health Services and Mental Health Service;

Fully liaising with the National back office to provide resolutions for duplicate records, confusion, amendments, incorrect GP details, undeceiving of a patient record and flagged Records.

Responsible for producing reports, analyzing data and gathering necessary information regarding RiO V6 (R1), RIO V5 and RIO R2 both on community Health as well as Mental Health.

  more... systems/tools used, and how they can be applied to advantage the trust and Help to develop the Standard Operating Procedures for the trust in the area of RIO R1 and RIO R2 training.

Working effectively and efficiently with the Service Desk Manager and ICT Service Desk Technicians/desktop to implement best practice (ITIL) in the provision of support services for Rio V6 and V5 i.e RIO dropzone, Gemplus, MyID 8, Dell keyboard driver, Active X setting etc.

Providing local configuration modeling to support the evolving needs of Adult and Children's services on community health for V5 and R1 also Inpatient management, Medication management, Virtual beds, waiting list on Mental Health for V5 and R1 and recently involved in the testing of new product solution releases.(Rio R1 maintenance releases)

Working closely with LPFIT via the BT and Lpfit Service now regarding request for change issues which includes logical deletion request, Refresh of Vanilla Rig, NHS Number Removal Request, Data Change Request and password for Vanilla rig logged on both RIO V5, RIO V6 (R1 Release) and RIO R2 on both Community and Mental Health.

Close working with the clinical Transformation work stream team and information team on how best Standard Operational Process (SOP) can be improve within the Trust in accordance with RIO V5, RIO R1 and RIO R2.

Develop good working relationships, and liaise regularly with the other streams within the Informatics Directorate and external Service Directorates, to ensure suitability of ED&T structure and material as a trainer on RIO R1 and RIO R2 among the services within the Trust.

Working closely with the trust project management team and BT Tester and configuration team to implement the data migration for RIO V5, RIO R1 and RIO R2 for both community and Mental Health services.

Fully involved with the RA manager to map out the requirement customers/users would need on the RBAC and PBAC functionality of Rio via the UIM spine.

Fully involved with the Go live for Rio v5 for the Southwark NHS trust (Community health), Go Live from Mental health Information Service (MHIS) to RIO V5 for the Avon and Wiltshire NHS Foundation Trust, Go live for RIO V6 ( R1 Release) Camden and Islington NHS Foundation on Mental Health services First to be on R1 in the entire UK and part of the implementation team in the BHFT in Bracknell.

Fully involved in the configuration of clinics, services, teams, and dairy, wards, to do list, editable letter access, team caseload, caseload and document list view access on Rio system for both Community Health and Mental Health services on RIO V5, RIO R1 and RIO R2.

Data quality activities which involves testing from the BT Defect Tracker, Monitoring feedback on Triage form send to BT and making sure requires send to the National Back office are resolved within the Trust policy on RIO V5, RIO R1 and RIO R2.

Works with Management Analysts and others when new case management database systems are installed, by drafting new procedures used by Data Quality staff and by managing the conversion of data to the new system on RIO V5, RIO R1 and RIO R2 for both Mental Health services and Community health service with the Trust. i.e VPN Token and Laptops
