Thanks for your question! Upon registering with Carrot Pharma Recruitment we'll talk you through the different opportunities we think you might be suitable for. Having discussed in detail possible roles, we'd then put your C.V. forward to any companies you've agreed for us to approach on your behalf (we'll never send your details to a role / company you've not agreed to). If you're invited for an interview, we'll fully brief you on the role and interview process so that you go into it feeling as prepared as possible.Answered 9 April 2019
How have your clients within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors adapted to the Covid-19 outbreak?Asked by Carrot Pharma Recruitment19 May 2020
We saw many of our clients quickly and effectively adapt their hiring processes to work remotely. This has included interviewing new employees via video chat (Zoom, Skype etc.) and where possible onboarding them successfully from a remote distance. We've provided useful guides to help them better understand how to get the most out of home working, and how to induct new starters from home while ensuring they genuinely feel a part of the team.Answered by Carrot Pharma Recruitment19 May 2020
