Bullied by senior management ie area manager northeast, not given any support or staff cover, lone working in a busy environment health and safety only exists on paper,

Good, there were people from all backgrounds working there.

I was moved from store to store whilst training with some days, a call in the morning while I'm already travelling to work. I said in the interview I can not commute too far as I have children but they literally were moving me 50 miles away and I was told that's reasonable. Pay wrong monthly. Higher management don't seem to care about anything besides targets!!!! Pay is good but that's it! I was working from 8am until 6-8pm daily and had to work alone 4 days a week with no break and customers walking out. Head office told me to do better and stop complaints but how when I am working alone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never saw my kid or husband nearly the whole time while working there as in my one day off a week sometimes I got 2, I was sleeping as knackered.

Don't socialise with any of your colleagues.

Put it this way the manager waited for me in the car park and beat me up which resulted in me having a black eye and cauliflower ear.

Workplace is terrible .They pay lip sevice to good employee relations and customer service and when customers go to head office they blame staff in stores .don't work there as it'll effect your personal life badly and they really really don't care

Unprofessional.Bullying.Intimidation.Harrassment.You mean nothing to them.Only one rule-there are no rules.BEWARE!!! Don't even bother complaining about Health & Safety practices, your card will be marked.

Intimidation, greed and bully’s.
