So yourself a massive favour and avoid this place like the plague. 17 hour "split" shifts are not uncommon, with a 6am start the following morning. Bullying is common, empty promises of progression and change for the better that never happen, incompetent management who can barely manage to put a tie on straight let alone run a hotel and restaurants. - more...

You'll make friends for life as, it's true what they say, misery loves company!

Cons

Literally everything. Understaffed, underpaid, poorly treated, bullying and guilting tactics. They literally tell staff you're replaceable.
