Recognise and reward the dedication of staff.
Employ management who have a good understanding of how to support a staff team, in particular through crisis. This will then improve the support staff give the young people.
I understand cim are a business and need to make money but being mindful of the mix of young people in services. Ive witnessed this not work and lead to utter chaos
