I’m fairly new to CIM, however I have been in this line of work for just short of a decade. The house I work in is really good at the moment, manager and deputy are brilliant and efficient, and my colleagues are amazing! We aren’t at full capacity yet for residents so it’s a bit quiet. I know each house is different, but the service I work at is generally - more... positive. My only niggle would be that because CIM don’t use agency, you can be called out to travel many miles to another service, I think it would be in CIMs best interest to employ more bank staff for this role, as it really isn’t fair on ... - less
ProsThe jobs itself is amazing, and the pay is not bad for a support worker
ConsBeing called out to other services, 7am starts.
