As a sufferer of Anxiety the interview process was very difficult and I think under the circumstances the manager handled it pretty well, I personally feel that I shouldn't have been offered the job as it was pretty messy but I got through it so I'm guessing that is why they gave me a chance, the interview process was just asking me about retail experience I had, when my last retail job was, how long I'd worked in retail and so on, not overly complicated really just as I said the anxiety was at an all time high that day, management were very understanding and tried there best to make the interview process as comfortable as possible for me which I think they figured quite soon after me entering the room, I can't fault the management or the interview process at all.
The interview is to see if you have customer service skills also if they ask you tell me about yourself? they are asking about work related subjects not what type of movies you like for example your hard working and a fast learner also if they ask you if flexible that means are you willing to work any day and hours they don't care if you can bend over backwards lol
Interview WHAT INTERVIEW????
It’s just weird and confusing because the interviewer is dressed as a tabeten monk with fake blood dripping from his ear
They ask you how much change you get from a pound if the card cost 99 pence.
I didn’t even have an interview I handed in my cv and the offered me the job without an interview... its a very unprofessional work place
