Bullying by manager
Very little training everything do is wrong.
No positive just all negative feedback.
Left with all the work to do while manager leaves you on the sales floor for hours and gets stressed when you call her to help you with customers at the till.

Bullying culture that isn't addressed.
Recent bereavement and not properly suported.
Expected to help out in store with staff sickness and shortages.
Given extra hours when short staffed then given to new people.

Fed up with constant late shift
Being a skivy as others watch u while they stand on till
Made to feel stupid infront of customers as manager corrects you all the time
A stressed out manager is not good. It affects the work place
And the staff dont know how to ask for help as they snap at you in front of people
Customers are also very rude
Towards you and if it was the other wsy round they wouldnt like it
Someone needs to sort out the staff
Lack of skills and bad attitutte had by all staff

The fact that I’m assistant manager and my hours have been cut down to 24hrs a week because my manager says he has to give mine and older employees hours to new employees. So literally can’t afford to stay at a job where I was promised more hours months ago and instead gets them cut down.

Found a better job that paid well, a company that has the interests of it's employees in mind, a company with better management, a company that rewards or recognises it's employees for their hard work (not just senior staff but junior ones also).
