Awful place to work. I was a manager there and the workload was beyond belief, cutting hours so workload was impossible. Area managers speak to you like dirt! Managers dont have time for their staff as far too many tasks to get through! Constantly disturbed on your lunch break - overall awful place to be!!!!

The interview is to see if you have customer service skills also if they ask you tell me about yourself? they are asking about work related subjects not what type of movies you like for example your hard working and a fast learner also if they ask you if flexible that means are you willing to work any day and hours they don't care if you can bend over backwards lol

Do their jobs! Stop hiding out the back of the store talking about people behind their backs. Do the pay roll right so people arent over paid every month while managers favourite employees are miraculously overpaid.

I would like to work for Card Factory because it is a fun and enjoyable place to be. Seeing the smile on customers faces when they get what they ask for makes the job so much nicer Also I shop here for all my cards and gifts and their great and amazing prices
