As a former employee/ agency i can say that working at Upperspringland was an interesting experience, as someone who had never been in care before, i eventually got job satisfaction but it did take some time.

The majority of the job was enjoyable, there is however parts which should be self evident that weren't very glamorous, but i digress.

Working with the customers was enjoyable and very rewarding, however the biggest problems i felt were with management.
