I was disrespect, distrusted, discriminated , they treated young ,local better , bright akin is an advantage, I was pushed to give my resignation in 20 years been in the country is the first time I feel disappointed and ashamed , working for for Nero is not suitable for family people as doing double shift 3 to 4 days week just to cover your 35 hours also busy days can't take your break coz of short staff , I will not recommended any one to work for this company
You will be provided with 2 t shirts and 1 or 2 aprons. It is expected that you wear black trousers and shoes although legally they cannot enforce this as they will not provide them for you.
Its very straight forward, getting to know you as a person, seeing if you fit well with the environment and the rest of staff, some questions about the company and why you would like to work for it. General questions about flexibility and if you have any relevant experience, its easy , its more of a chat you tend to feel relaxed and are able to be yourself , theres mo pressure on you to make you feel like you have to put on an act-big plus.
Unless they wise up and treat employees like people instead of disposable robots they might struggle to find replacements.
