A challenging place to work
My projects have hopefully been atypical.
Senior management not really interested in helping resolve issues or blockers that have been escalated. There is a tendency to talk around problems rather than help to resolve. This engenders a seige mentality.
I have not seen much opportunity to progress or advance. Much is made of the extensive internal training on offer, however it is dependent on management approval and project demands, which can make these opportunities very limited.
Lots of training available -if you can get approval and time to attend
