Two faced staff including some of the managers. The owner who is responsible for the area BK is unresponsive and gives no support whatsoever. Extremely under-staffed. Drove my health to a minimum with daily exhaustion and stress. All this isn't worth the minimum wage...
My contract ended there, the management were horrible, if you are clicky with everyone then you're more than likely going to get somewhere in there. I stood up for myself as management were absolutely rubbish. You never even had a discounted meal (although they claim it to be discounted). Met some okay people but beware you will have people who will talk about you behind your back and say nothing to your face. I know that one of the team leaders joked about people getting fired (which is pathetic). If you think this place is for you then you're wrong. Don't work for these, there's better places out there.
Management were awful! Treat staff like dirt on their shoes. They were bullies and so two faced! Tell one manager something and they all knew and staff knew!! Never get a thanks. If your face fits a BK Newcastle you be fine if it doesn't well what can i say..
Staff are nasty two faced, will report you to managers and constantly watch your every move.

Manager didn’t pay me for my holidays and I did not receive my managers bonus as they are incompetent.
They fired me for 'unsuitability' because I stood up for the way they were treating everyone.
