Don't give old uniform to new employees that is old and dirty . Don't make one person do everyone else's jobs because other staff can't be bothered . Don't treat them like rubbish Increase the pay and actually do your jobs not sit in the office on your phones the hole shift !!!

Managers need to engage with their staff and find what motivates them. This will only be achieved by good leadership and knowing your staff and what makes them tick by conducting regular reviews. Staff need to know they are valued!
