There is none, you get absolutely nothing from BUPA. A healthcare company that don't even pay there staff sick pay - disgrace!

Yes, there use to be many opportunities to work plenty hours for the minimum wage

Yes, we get 16 weeks sick pay per year.
Working in a Hospital we know how long it can take for different illnesses to recover from.
Sickness pay is still up to the Managements discretion.

Trained properly by the supervisor and RN, especially for the medication training. Give time to ask questions and discussion times are set so one get time to say or ask question that is important and not clear at the end of the day. The care manager also check from time to time and I am always welcome to go to her.
