The organisational Bupar culture , requires staff member to follow up their own policy and procedures under the regulatory perspectives.And the also value people who they are with dignity. As they investors in people.

Terrible it's all focused on getting client and not sorting staffing issues and bullying cultures. I my particular instance I think they knew they were Trying to push me out
