All the bank holidays have to come out of my AL first ! BUPA are the worst employees I have ever worked for in every single department !

Yes to bank holidays. But they can give you or rota in holiday without you asking for it, if they are over their hours, and you can lose your holiday hours in total. When you challenge this they say, there wouldn't be time to take your holiday. So check the rota and ask why you've been given any unrequested annual leave.
