Casual but smart , if meeting customers then smart dress would be required and business meetings suit & tie

Business attire but no suit and tie for men. Mostly just focused on women dressing nice.

We were not expected to wear suit and tie but we were not supposed to wear jeans on weekdays, unlees on Fridays (it was allowed to us to wear "casual Friday" on Fridays.
