I was only there a short while and i would tell people the truth .. person centred care matched to your experience is rare, for a experienced person in the care industry going into this agency made me relise how bad some of the care is and because the agency is a middle man who gives out the work , once you raise concerns its passed over and nothing gets done even though they say they do it falls on deaf ears within those needing staff but because its a business they continue to send people into situations instead of making sure standards are met providing a better environment for staff
