I am responsible for the schedules of our clients and colleagues, ensure I am doing review performances with my colleagues. Liaising with various professionals, ensuring the staff are trained and have the knowledge to do their job. Keep care plans up to date, keep spreadsheets up to date, maintain a good working relationships with staff and managements.
