Lack of support. not forward thinking, do not listen to groung level staff or have respect for their work. blame culture from the mangement.
Mechanical and odd with a ridiculous weird point awarding system!
Seems more like a favouritism sort of process internally too, promoting people that fit in to the family/friend scheme of things.

Treat staff like people and not numbers on a spreadsheet. Remove the cliques and employ better people.

Get out of the office and away from the ‘yes men’ and really understand how disappointed and disheartened people are.
Demanding and stressful at times.
Continued KPI demands and less patient care kind of culture.
If your face (race) fits you can do well, if it doesn't you probably wont, as hardwork is hardly recognized and natured.
