Increase the number of RSMs as holidays and sickness are like a last minute thought to cover. Does offer opportunities for volunteers to become trained relief staff which i found to be a life changing experience.

The feeling you are working for a charity is more and more easily forgotten by staff and customers alike. Constant pressure to sell Raffle tickets and sweep stakes, customers are fed up with it but as i see the money coming in from this, it won't stop, the incentive gesture they have now (sell x number of raffles a day to hit target) has little incentive day after day. More corporate machine than charity. I see this in other charities too.
