It's too late the cuts, and poor promotion because of NEM2020 have decimated morale. Pensions have been cut by a massive amount AFPS2015. I'm seeing 10y privates and 15y LCpl coming through from 2010.
Its unfortunate we have to work much harder for much longer for a fraction of the pension.

A lot of the Army sit doing not much and the other half are working a STUPID amount of hours. Staff shortages mean you work doing others people's jobs who have left the service. With no extra pay or appreciation. Poor pensions 2015, poor pay and very poor progression.

Be willing to give blood, sweat, tears, sacrifice your family, work super long hours for little appreciation and very little pay or progression for years on end and have a pension that has been cut twice in 10y to the lowest in over 43years. If you can cope with that you are in mate.
