Calls were passed to the phone automatically. No chance to answer the phone. Meant a poor customer journey and high stress levels for staff. Had a lovely team and team leader. The turnover for accounts worked was a higher priority than the quality of the account. Therefore I did not find it enjoyable to work there.

Company that is doing a lot of redundancy’s and managers don’t know there job role as they are new to the job in there department bad tempers from managers and very quiet, pay is very low!! compared to other companies don’t apply!
