Stay away from this employer! Stressful place, your shouted at across the room like a little child!
Run as fast as you can!!!
The team leader 's have no people skills and need to be sent on some training sessions!

Great people here at Brightside and progression opportunity for those who want it. They're putting money into the office environment and IT is all getting updated.

Lots of variaty in customers so youre always chatting to someone different.

management is awful and new employees are not offered enough support. the hardest part of the job is the fact that it's very difficult to make boinus because they purposely make it difficult and the fact that when you need a manager there never is one.

Calls were passed to the phone automatically. No chance to answer the phone. Meant a poor customer journey and high stress levels for staff.
Had a lovely team and team leader. The turnover for accounts worked was a higher priority than the quality of the account. Therefore I did not find it enjoyable to work there.

Company that is doing a lot of redundancy’s and managers don’t know there job role as they are new to the job in there department bad tempers from managers and very quiet, pay is very low!! compared to other companies don’t apply!

We ring customers to up sell products they haven't got on their insurance policy.

the hardest part is trying to overcome objections not to buy.

Consisted of Outbound dialling customers who were up for renewal with us and offering them Renewal Price. If customer unhappy would rebroker fee using panel of insurers.

Always knew what was expected and Management always on hand to help.

In-depth training.
