Good if your desperate for work and dont fancy a call center, however the pay is low and the benefits non-existent. Its basically a '0' hour contract, no sick pay, you have to use your own holiday if you want to be paid for bank holidays, which you have to take off. Plus they can get rid of you with no notice. You are basically expected to do the same work as people on double your salary who have been there years. The system is being used more and more as a cheap way to cover over the inevitable cracks that are showing at the council due to the massive funding cuts
Pros
varied work
Cons
poor pay, stressful work, no benefits
