As a manager I found the organisation had their priorities completely wrong. Forcing out a badly planned roll out of silver service dining while staff shoelrtages affecting everyone. Lots of “aren’t we great” “live every moment” nonsense but no support in place to make this happen. We’re more concerned with the brighterkind “brand” than the struggles - more... of their staff teams . Terrible regional manager who was kept in post despite the failure of the region as a whole but would not hesitate to force managers out of post for no good reason if they weren’t on the “favourites” list.
