I love working at Bright Care and I find management to be highly supportive. Also, they are really keen on seeing people growing within the company, and therefore they focus a lot on training. I honestly think that they do a great job already!

You don't need to have experience. All you need is a positive attitude and bags of energy. That’s it. We’ll teach you the rest.

Yes, we offer all three of these. There are other benefits to joining Bright Care too. We offer competitive salaries, cover travel expenses, and also provide pre-start and on-going training to ensure everyone feels confident in their role. We aim to create a real 'dream team' culture here, and hold social events such as our summer BBQ and coffee mornings too.

Absolutely. At Bright Care we work interdependently (it's one of our core values). We work as a team and the managers are always there to help and support you.
