Understaffing, lack of support from upper management, no GM for 3 months because you're too far from other pubs
If you were in charge, what would you do to make Brewhouse and Kitchen a better place to work?
Support from upper management, realistic targets and goals, hire enough staff, fulfil promises told
Was Rung up to do a interview. Got there manager told me to work for a couple of hours without any paperwork. Afterwards got my number written down and got rung up few days after to find out I didn’t get the job.
Lack of respect/support for individual sites needs. Staff being reduced to numbers in a spreadsheet
Think it's much too expensive to last long term. Who can afford £5.40 a pint?? With management as bad as the ones Bedford had, the future can't look good!
When they have working equipment and staff the place was great I really enjoyed my job but unfortunately due to terrible management and constant lies it became impossible to do your job safely and correctly
