I worked here for just over a year and I learnt so much about myself and the kind of career I wanted.
My first role was taking inbound calls in customer care until I moved into the non voice customer care team where there was a lot more background work etc. Personally, I felt that the work we did, the salary should have been more or perhaps a betterbonus steucture. Either way I met amazing people and I loved it
Management are unfair and biased, you are just a number to them. Duty of care is non existent. Majority of team leaders spend the day eating the free food samples leaving advisors and Seniors to do all the work.
