Bring back flexible working, allow working from home more. We have a lot of single parents or parents with child care restrictions, none of these are now taken into account. Staff moral is at an all time low.

The working ours where busy but fun. Each day was different. Dealing with clients at reception and on the phone. Dealing with clients in the gym. This was also fun, as each person was different. They all had there own individual needs.
