Days off are few and far between, pay is deplorable for specialist roles. Management are very out of touch with what's needed to complete our job and trying to get bits we need is an ongoing struggle. Each team member is expected to give up any social life they may have and live within the "bubble" and only have time to socialise with who you work with. Progression can start well and then come to a grinding halt leaving you in the same dead end job for years with the promise of moving up "next year".
Long hours, 6/7 day weeks, awful pay, next to no real benefits, progression halts very quickly
Management awful. I did enjoy working here for 3 years but they made some bad changes. Wages are awful as well. Got to go on some good park visits and some of the managers are good, but the bad outward the good
