Totally agree that you need to be a brown nose to get anywhere within this company. Sadly that works from the bottom to the top. Best way of applying - don't bother. Save your time and find someone who will appreciate you.

You can apply online, and you have to do an online assessment which takes like 60 minutes. After this, you will get an email or a phonecall saying you have been successful. You will then get to choose a time slot that is best for you for an interview. You get to the interview and they ask you a few questions about why you are suitable for the job, and why you want this job and what sort of expierence you have had before. At the end of the interview, they tell you whether or not you have the job.

I filled in an application had an interview and got the job . I always wanted to progress but that is something always out of reach with this company unless you suck up to the management and do there job for them for a few years wile they do nothing and then just maybe you get put on a course to show you how to dispense after you've already been doing it since you started to job . So don't apply thinking you will be valued and able to progress you will be massively disappointed !!!
