The people you work with are amazing I made a lot of good friends there, the management are ok but unrealistic. They take your commission if you make a slight mistake and you have no job security what’s so ever. People drop like flies! They hire people for the busy period of ‘peak’ then make excuses to get rid. If you apply here please think about it you want to be on edge and not know if you’ll have a job the next day. Training is fun, first few weeks on the floor are fun. Then it hits you

If you want to progress within the company to have lick up to management like Stan n Imran. The managers are incompetent they don’t know nothing about the business. All the managers and HR are one big happy family. They take your bonus for no reason because in your contract it’s say the bonus up to the managers. My advice get a supermarket job they give more respect than these jokers

International environment, decent wage at least for an entry-level. The initial training is very accurate, the job itself can be very chaotic and sometimes frustrating, especially for micromanagement which is the norm in this company in UK

They offer you benefits and then go after you accusing you like a criminal for making use of it the way their managers advised to use. Therefore, their managers have no idea about how to use it, they will open an investigation against you, they will ask you for evidence that there is nowhere saying that you should have, they will blame you for using it wrong, even if you were following the way their managers advised, their incompetent managers will hold zero accountability for it and you will find yourself without knowing if you will have a job or not, while, again, they treat you like a criminal in a most unfair way possible.
Please be away from this horrendous company and find yourself a place where you will be respected.

You can that most of the other reviews here talking about the management level because basically it's a mafia , you wouldn't get any promotion or develop your career there if you don't know someone from the management level or recruitment team, so they promote employees internally most of the times based on the connections and relations, you can see many unqualified managers and supports, not to mention the racism where some employees from certain countries or ethnicities can't see them as managers no matter how qualified they are.

Terrible work/life balance as they have you working crazy shifts with no set timetable, working 3/4 weekends in a month. Management are awful and offer hardly any support and look down on you constantly and belittle you when you are struggling. They don't care about your mental health or well-being and just care about the targets. It's made out that it's 'self-driven' targets when that's a lie and you are constantly harassed to call out to people when your role is inbound. You are just a number and are easily replaceable and they make sure that you know that.

Overall the only benefits are the payslip and the friends, if that's worth it to you then work here, if not then steer clear.

Modalité d attribution des primes basées sur des critères arbitraires. Lorsque vous êtes susceptible d atteindre vos objectifs, on s'arrange pour que vous ne receviez que des appels concernant des réclamations.
En revanche, certains et certaines sont assurés de recevoir uniquement des demandes de devis. Tout n'est qu'une question de paramètrage de sorte que selon le bon vouloir du manager vous aurez soit des demandes de devis(donc potentiellement des bookings) soit des réclamations. Ceci explique qu'il y ait un turnover énorme.

Quant aux conditions de travail, c'est horrible un open space bruyant ou on doit lutter pour comprendre ce que le client dit.

En bref je ne recommande cette entreprise à personne

Management is quite poor. You will be just a number here. High staff turnover, poor wage for huge workload. When you highlight an issue to management, it gets swept under the carpet.

Discrimination against certain races. Zero career progression. Values with no values. Spiteful team manager (he used to prompt his birthday to his team members in order to get gifts, He would never respect your privacy and he would twist everything to suite him). It was bad experience. Non native English speakers would put on the phone talking calls from very angry customers while native English speakers doing emails and LC. They act like they listen to staff but they only take what suits them. Working hours Monday to Sunday 7am till11pm.

This is the place where you will progress only with you are friends with "right" people. Your years of experience do not actually count. A place full of unprepared people for the positions they create. Go somewhere else.

I think this is a very stressful workplace; you're just a number and not a person. They use micromanagement which does not help at all the environment at the office.
The workload is not well balanced within the department, and there are differences in salaries between agents who develop the same task.


There is a terrible shift pattern without any sense, and there is no option to improve it (the only option is swap shift with colleagues). We can easily see more people working on weekends or late shift than Monday in the morning when the tasks to carry out needs to be done within Monday to Friday creating significant stress during the week and immense frustration.


I would not recommend working in this department, but I would recommend working in the company. There are many opportunities to develop yourself and to make a good carrier within other departments.

Very stresfull workplace, you're just a number, not a person.
Not everything told during recruitment process is true - especially in regards of your working hours.

Terrible shift pattern - you have no control over it whatsoever. I got engaged while working there and getting a week off for my own wedding was a huge issue. They have a very unfair way how to apply for holidays in summer and over Christmas period. Also, they have weird rules how you should apply for holidays and this is not properly explained during training (they will however explain you why you must not be even 30 seconds late from your lunch brake). I ended up with a shift in Saturday during my two week holiday! According to the management it was my own fault.

I felt pressured to come back to work when I got ill. Customers can give you bad feedback based on whatever they want (I once got very dissatisfied because I called back a customer in Germany from my workplace in England. Customer didn't like I was calling from an English number although I did resolve his problem). These feedbacks are however your main goal, if they are bad, you get in trouble with your manager.

Very often you have to stay later because you get stuck in a call. You don't get paid for this time.

Even your loo brakes are timed and monitored!

I really wouldn't recommend this employer at all.

i have worked at the company for more than 3.5 years
they harass people constantly especially if they are non English natives, they have no respect for other religions or cultures

they abuse you all the time

you are supposed to work after shift ending but do not get paid

stay away !!

Workers are not listened to when making suggestions on where to improve. Know where the problem lays but can't fix it. This and poor management takes the joy out of the beneficial parts like the nice team members, arranged events and own effort to do improve the daily work process.
